In this version, the following changes have been made:
- No more hanging wires between the electrical cabinet and the heating element.
- The height of the nozzle above the base of the machine can now be changed from 28 mm (1.1 ") to 122 mm (4.8").
- Added lever clamps for quick and convenient form clamping.
- The lever is now automatically at the top.
- Added funnel for easy filling of plastic.
- Thinner stainless steel cylinder wall for plastic melting. It is more difficult to manufacture, but allows the machine to warm up faster to operating temperatures.
Machine parameters:

- Voltage 230 / 120V (I will send you the version corresponding to your country with EU or US plug)
- The maximum temperature is 300 degrees Celsius.
- Electronic temperature controller (Shows temperature in degrees Celsius)
- The end of the nozzle is tapered, with an angle of 120 degrees

- Maximum theoretical single injection volume 73 cubic centimeters (4.4 cubic inches)
!!! Note that the maximum theoretical single shot volume is the volume that can be squeezed out in one lever movement. But it is not equal to the volume of the product that you can get.
The maximum product that could be obtained is ~ 37 grams ~ 39 centimeters cubic ~ 2.38 cubic inches.
The main parameters that affect the size of the products that you can get:
- material and temperature of raw materials
- material and temperature of the form
- the size of the inlet in the mold.
- geometric characteristics of the form - the smaller the thickness of the walls, the more difficult it is to shed the form (for example, the handle for a screwdriver is much easier to make than a soap dish)
I test the machines before shipping, so there will be a small amount of plastic left in the cylinder.
Shipping:
The package can be sent in two ways:
UPS. In this case, the delivery will be relatively fast. 1 - 2 weeks if there are no problems at customs. In this case, I cannot mark the parcel as a gift and will send it with an indication of the cost. You may need to pay customs duties in your country.
Russian mail. This option is cheaper, but with a very long delivery time. Parcels often take longer than two months. But in this option, I can send the package as a gift.
In any case, you will receive a track number.

Plastics you can use:
This machine can use plastic granules, shredded plastic and any plastic parts that fit into a 22 mm diameter cylinder.
You can work with any plastic that melts below 300 degrees Celsius, except PVC and PET.
Examples of some acceptable plastics:
HDPE, LDPE, PP, Acrylic, ABS,
Polycarbonate.
Plastics that cannot be handled with this machine:
PVC, nylon, PET.
