    This is a very fine and rare
    Meiji period
    hand crafted
    Japanese sterling silver
    dragon in flames
    cocktail shaker.
    It features two beautifully
    hand carved
    dragons
    in streaming fire,
    set against all over
    hand hammered
    surfaces.
    Never monogrammed.
    This hand crafted Japanese sterling dragon in flames cocktail shaker is 9 1/2 inches
    tall and weighs 13 1/2 standard ounces.
    Hallmarked as shown in Japanese characters, "pure silver"
    and the maker.
    In fine condition.
    Appears little used.
    Retains original hand carved detail throughout,
    Rich sterling patina.
    Original cover well fit.
