Haunted Active Paranormal Estate 13" Seymour Mann Doll - Carol
This girl was purchased at an Estate sale near the Poconos, Pa. The family had no interest in speaking with anyone, but some of the dolls their Mom had, seemed to give off definite energy. A little mix of emotions from them, but worth giving them a place to be able to be heard. Although she is cute and innocent looking, we found that she doesnt have a very appealing personality and likes to cause trouble more than good.
When we brought her home, she sat overnight to get used to her new surroundings. Through out the first night, we kept hearing noises coming from the room she was in. Items shuffling around and seeming to hit something else, or something getting tipped over.We would check and didnt notice anything out of place, until the next morning, actually looking at everything. We found that 3 of our collectible porcelain mini dolls, had been grouped together on a bunch, obviously very hard, because one of them was missing half her face, it had broken off. Being inside a curio, theres no way one of our pets could have banged them together and they had sat in there for a while with no problems. We all went about our day and when we checked in on her later that afternoon, found that not only was she facing the opposite direction, but was half way across the table.
When investigating with our equipment that second evening, we found the Mel meter, K2 and REM pod to respond quickly. The K2 would not go below orange. When we asked her to back away to stop them, they seemed to go higher. The Rem pod kept flashing blue and green and died. After changing the batteries, the same occurred and then it immediately stopped. The mel meter rose quickly by twos with her up to 1.1 and had a temperature drop of 6 degrees. With our spirit box, when we asked her if she was friendly or meant us harm, we received the answer " break  ". We asked her if she was trying to break or ruin our dolls and the response was " Hate ". We asked male or female and the only response was " figure unknown  ". We assumed meaning figure it out. During our communications, we kept hearing noise in the room. We stay in the dark so we can catch things on our night vision screen. During this time, our table clock behind my sons chair had been slid on the table into collectible figurines. We didnt see this happen until we reviewed the recording and had the lights on. On our EVP's when we reviewed them, we heard her say, " Damn " and " End , and hurt", when we had asked if she was friendly. We communicated for almost 2 hours and through out that time,the cold blasts of air, and headaches among us persisted. She didnt do any harm personally to us, except for headaches, but can not say whether she is evil, angry at the living or just mean definitively. Some spirit attachments dont react well in different surroundings and its possible she just isnt happy among us and our pets, which I would hope thats why she acted so uncooperative . There's always a chance for them to interact differently in different surroundings, so although we didnt keep her among us, she may be more pleasant with someone else she's comfortable with.
I do start my bidding at just above the cost of what I paid for my items, as to cover the costs of selling. Our family has been doing paranormal investigations for 14 years. From Eastern State Prison, Salem Ma, Gettysburgh Pa , Pennhurst Asylum plus many more locations. We’ve collected many haunted items over the past 10 yrs and at this point although I personally feel an attachment to them, we need to make room for some of our newer acquisitions. I’ll hope they are going to a good new home with someone who will treat them with the respect they deserve.
