English Sterling Silver Madera Bottle Tag with Chain Marked Birmingham  W.A 1909
Presented is a fine quality sterling silver Madera
bottle tag or label marked for silver English sterling silver made in Birmingham with a makers mark of W.A for silver by William Aitken in 1909. I have posted a picture in the photos above for research on these marks. This label or tag has a beaded frame around an oval convex plate with a great chain to hang over neck of bottle and is marked with a style or product number of 13124. It has only some minor dings and some fine scratches from gentle use and care with no monogram. It is a fantastic collector’s piece for the silver collector as well as an excellent piece for the collector of bar ware items.

: 2 ¼” inches across, 1 3/8” high, 4 5/8” from top of chain to bottom of tag
