Antique Whiskey Flask James Dixon and Sons Leather Glass Pewter Hip Flask

Description

Up for auction is an antique whiskey hip or pocket flask. It's glass with leather on the top half and a removable metal bottom half/cup. I think the cup and screw top are made of pewter.
Marked on the bottom T.W.  James Dixon & Sons  6.
The flask is in very good condition for it's age. Leather has a small split at the top on one side and starting to split on the other side, one scratch and a small chip. Glass has no cracks or chips. Cup has some scuffs, marks and a few very tiny dents, nice patina on it.
It is approx. 8 1/4" tall, 4 1/4" wide, 2" thick.
This was acquired from an estate, being sold as is. I am not an expert on these. I've described it to the best of my ability, all questions are welcome.
