Antique Sterling and Glass Perfume Bottle

Pretty little Silver Covered Glass..prefume bottle...has a monogram on it ..but no clue what it means...Its 5" tall and about 4 1/2" wide..has a crack in rim...see pics...and some rust stains in bottom...maybe some CLR will clean it...i dont clean..thats on you
