    Description

    This is a very handsome antique English glass or crystal jar with an ornate sterling silver top. This bottle measures 4 inches tall and the diameter of the base is 1 1/2 inches. It is in great estate condition with no chips, cracks, dents or any other damage; the clear glass body of the jar is faceted. (Please excuse reflections in the photos...the bottle stands straight; it was just difficult to photograph so I placed it flat on the table). The London hallmark is clearly visible but the date seems to have been sufficiently rubbed that I cannot make it out. The lid is quite substantial and weighs 30 grams or one standard ounce. The cap closes securely. This piece displays well and would make a nice addition to your collection. Shipping is via priority mail and includes full insurance.
