Antique French Brevet Pedometer 1890s - 1900s Military? 3 Dials

Description

This listing is for a very nice Brevet Pedometer. This piece is in good working condition and counts the steps as it should, but it does not reset to 0 when you push the crown down. It measures 1 5/8" across and has an open back. The face has 3 dials. The main dial is 0-100, the right secondary dial is 0-5000 and the left secondary dial is 0-10000. The enamel dial is in very good condition. No cracks, but 1 minor nick on the edge which does not show when the cover is on. The back is marked Brevet 4867, FC, depose. The case is brass and could be polished up if desired. Nice secure loop at the top. Could be worn on a watch chain.
