    Description
    Antique American sterling silver whiskey hip flask presented to Surgeon Dr. Henry Rose Carter who was the one who solved the mystery of the contraction of Yellow Fever in the late 20
    th
    century!
    This Flask was made with a basket weave design by Gorham Silver Co from Providence Rhode Island. Aside from the basket weave patterned top it contains a thick hand blown glass liquid container that sits secured in a Sterling Silver base.
    The bottom is Hallmarked with the Lion (facing Right), Anchor and letter G for Gorham, Sterling and patent marks D696.
