    Description

    Welcome to
    Antiques & Moore!
This listing is for a nice 19th Century Sterling Silver pocket flask with hinged top.
The only engraved decoration is a fancy 3-letter intertwined monogram "W B A" on center front. The hinge is tight and the top opens and closes securely. Marked with English hallmarks for Birmingham, Sterling and is also marked "Sterling 86, P". The date code clearly appears to be from the 1830's, however, the monarch head is not present. It also seems unusual to have the English hallmarks and Sterling used together during this time period so please use your own judgment regarding this date.
    Measures 6 1/4" long, 2 3/4" wide and 1 1/8" deep. Weighs 185 grams.
This is a nice pocket flask, however, it does have several dents so please view all our photos for complete condition. The curved sides are free of dents but there is a large dent on the front above the monogram and a smaller dent on the back side. This flask was obviously used and enjoyed.
We welcome International buyers, however, we as sellers cannot be responsible for random Customs inspections or any charges incurred as a result of this purchase.
